Geron Pleasant
Managing parnter
Geron is an entrepreneur and technology professional who is passionate about business and committed to provide comprehensive investment offerings to our investors.
Beginning his real estate journey in the single family space, he later discovered the opportunity, stability and most importantly, the cash flow generation from multifamily apartment buildings.
Through a successful corporate career in the tech industry, he has learned how to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, drive results, and focus on growth initiatives.
It’s ultimately his access to a great community of fellow investors, knowledge, and continuous education and mentorship in multifamily apartment investing that continues to ensure his success in this business.
Geron’s passion for commercial real estate is continually growing and his main priority is to build a successful real estate firm that grows with its investors.
Rashad Hamilton
Managing Partner
Rashad is a banking professional, working with mortgages, brokerage, and annuities for almost 20 years. He had long wanted to build his wealth in real estate and quickly found this to be his passion and, in turn, partnered with DVE Capital to scale his efforts.
Rashad also intends to help others invest in quality real estate assets that will foster wealth creation for themselves and their loved ones. He brings a much-appreciated level of problem solving, creativity, and ambition to the team, while helping with marketing and process improvement on top of his role in asset management.
Ed Modzel
Key Principal
Ed has been a real estate investor since 1981 with small multi-units and SFH. He is currently a general partner in 7 multifamily assets consisting of 892 units and has gone ‘Full Cycle’ on 1 multifamily property by selling in early 2020.
Ed is a CRE coach, hosts a weekly multifamily investor Meetup and is a member of an elite nationwide mastermind group.
While proudly serving in the US Navy for 6 years, he met his wife Pilar and they have been married over 41 years. They are proud parents to 3 beautiful daughters and recently have a new grandson.
Ed retired as Chief Engineer with a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in 2015 to dedicate more time to real estate and his family.
Rod Khlief

Rod Khleif is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, multiple business owner, author, mentor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about business, life, success, and giving back. As one of the country’s top real estate trainers, Rod has personally owned and managed over 2,000 properties.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. As a community philanthropist, Rod founded and directs The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 85,000 community children and families in need. Rod has combined his passion for real estate investing and business development coaching with his personal philosophy of goal setting, envisioning, and manifesting success to become one of America’s top real estate investment and business development trainers.
